Section 1: The AnEasyCRM Mobile Application

This section applies strictly to subscribers and authorized users of our complimentary mobile application, AnEasyCRM.

1.1 Account Access & Creation: Accounts cannot be created directly within the AnEasyCRM mobile application. Access is restricted to users who have received an official invitation and established an account through our secure web application.

1.2 Mobile Data Collection: The mobile app allows users to collect and manage customer details necessary to facilitate the registration process for event attendance. This data is limited to:

  • Names
  • Email addresses

1.3 Data Ownership and Sole Purpose: We store and display this data strictly to allow you to retrieve and manage your event registration information. We hold this data solely to serve the operational needs of our subscribers.

1.4 Absolute Restrictive Sharing (AnEasyCRM): Notwithstanding any other clause in this policy, data entered into the AnEasyCRM mobile application belongs entirely to the subscriber. It is never shared with outside third parties, affiliates, or other offices for marketing, machine learning, or commercial purposes.

1.5 Infrastructure: The technical stack and databases for AnEasyCRM are securely hosted within Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS acts strictly as a data processor for cloud storage and infrastructure maintenance.

1.6 Account Deletion: Users can delete their accounts and wipe all associated CRM/event data at any time by logging into the AnEasyCRM web application or by contacting us directly at info@aneasycrm.com.

Section 2: Website Browsing & General Collection

You can visit kimesco.com on the Internet without providing any information about yourself. KimesCo Solutions, LLC provides the web hosting and technical support services of the kimesco.com website. General personal information resides on our managed servers. This data is only accessed if required in order to provide technical support and services, and is kept strictly confidential.

2.1 Anonymous Browsing: When you browse our website without logging in, you do so anonymously. We do not automatically collect personal information, including your email address. We do log your IP address to give us an idea of which part of our website you visit and how long you spend there, but we do not link your IP address to any personal information.

2.2 Cookies: Like many other websites, the kimesco.com website may use a standard technology called a "cookie" to collect information about how you use the site.

2.3 Marketing & Surveys: KimesCo Solutions, LLC collects personal information when you use certain products or services, when you register to participate in an online survey, when you ask to be included in an email or other mailing list, or when you submit your personal information to us for any other reason.

Note: The exceptions below apply generally to corporate services and website inquiries, and completely exclude AnEasyCRM application data as specified in Section 1.4.

  • Third Parties that Help Provide the Messaging Service: We will not share your opt-in to an SMS short code campaign with a third party for purposes unrelated to supporting you in connection with that campaign. We may share your Personal Data with third parties that help us provide the messaging service, including platform providers, phone companies, and vendors who assist us in text delivery.
  • Affiliates: We may disclose Personal Data to our corporate affiliates or subsidiaries; however, if we do so, their use and disclosure will be subject to this Policy.
  • Absolute Exclusion: All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this specific information will never be shared with any third parties for any reason.

All personal information stored on our servers is firewall and password protected for your privacy and security. KimesCo Solutions, LLC safeguards the security of the data you send us with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures.
